摘要
钻杆的底端联接有钻头,钻头工作过程中,载荷会通过钻杆与钻头的联接部位传递到钻杆,这就要求钻杆与钻头的联接部位具有较高的强度,因而,钻杆生产过程中通常会将钻杆与钻头的联接部位即钻杆的底端部进行增粗处理,以提高其强度。钻杆端部增粗过程中的加热温度、挤压速度等参数是影响其成形质量的关键因素。采用ANSYS软件模拟分析不同工艺参数下的钻杆增粗过程中的变形规律,以此为工艺参数的优化提供依据。
The bottom end of the drill pipe is connected with a drill bit,and the load of the drill bit in the process of the work will be transmitted to the drill pipe through the connecting part of the drill pipe and the drill bit, which requires that the connecting part of the drill pipe and the drill bit has a high strength. Therefore, in the production process of the drill pipe, the connecting part of the drill pipe and the drill bit, that is, the bottom end of the drill pipe is thicken to improve its strength. During the end of the drill pipe being thicken,the parameters such as heating temperature and extrusion speed are the key factors that affect the forming quality. ANSYS software was used to simulate and analyze the deformation law of drill pipe in the process of thicken under different process parameters, so as to provide basis for the optimization of process parameters.
