摘要
以G105级钢钻杆组批式整体回火热处理的温度场为分析对象,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对其进行瞬态热分析模拟仿真,得出组批式回火热处理钻杆随时间变化的温度场,根据温度场变化的数据优化回火工艺,也为后续回火生产线的改进提供可靠的理论基础。
Taking the batch type tempering heat treatment temperature field of drill pipe with G105 level steel as the analysis object,using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS on the transient thermal analysis simulation,obtained the batch type tempering heat treatment drill pipe temperature field changes over time. The tempering heat treatment process can be optimized according to the data of temperature field change, and it can also provide reliable theoretical basis for the improvement of subsequent tempering production line.
