摘要
针对煤矿液压支架所用的阀类零件加工要求,初步解决磁流变抛光液(MPF)机械配制和存储中的沉降稳定性及制备效率问题,提出了一种超声制备MPF的新工艺。基于响应曲面法研究了超声功率、变幅杆入液深度和超声时间对MPF沉降稳定性的影响。试验对比了传统机械搅拌工艺和超声制备工艺下的MPF沉降率和液压阀芯外表面粗糙度下降率。
Aiming at the processing requirements of valve parts used in coal mine hydraulic supports,the problems of settlement stability and preparation efficiency in the mechanical preparation and storage of magnetorheological polishing fluids(MPF) were preliminarily solved,and a new process for preparing MPF by ultrasound was proposed. Based on the response surface method,the effects of ultrasonic power,immersion depth of luffing rod and ultrasonic time on the sedimentation stability of MPF were studied.The sedimentation rate of MPF under traditional mechanical stirring process and ultrasonic preparation process were compared experimentally,and decline rate of the outer surface roughness of the hydraulic spool.
