摘要 基于铍青铜(C17200)的大直径整体式外平无磁钻杆在松软煤层螺旋钻进中出现裂纹或断裂的现象,通过扭矩试验揭示了断裂原因。在分析煤矿井下钻探施工对钻孔轨迹测量配套无磁钻杆要求的基础上,提出基于无磁不锈钢(DWNM102HS)的设计方案,通过扭矩试验和弯矩试验验证该方案的可行性,设计了大直径整体式宽叶片无磁螺旋钻杆。试验结果表明:该钻杆整体力学性能优异、排渣效果好、兼容性好,能满足钻探施工的实际需求。 The large-diameter integral outer flat nonmagnetic drill pipe based on beryllium bronze(C17200) has cracks or fractures in the spiral drilling of soft coal seams,the cause of the fracture was revealed by the torque test. Based on the analysis of the requirement of nonmagnetic drill pipe for drilling trajectory measurement in coal mine drilling construction,the design scheme based on nonmagnetic stainless steel(DWNM102HS) was proposed. The feasibility of the scheme were verified by torque test and bending moment test. A large-diameter integral wide-blade nonmagnetic spiral drill pipe was designed. The test results show that the overall performance of the drill pipe is excellent,the slagging effect is good, and the compatibility is good,which can meet the actual needs of drilling construction.
