摘要
目前,国内外煤矿综采工作面搬家工艺支护方式费时费力、劳动强度大、浪费木材且支护高度、自动化程度、安全性、可靠性等多方面均已无法适应国内多数煤矿综采面快速搬家倒面的要求,为此研制了ZZ18000/25.5/52四柱支撑掩护式支架。给出了支架的主要技术参数,介绍了支架的结构组成以及在巷道中的布置方式、运行情况和应用效果。该支架实现了对回撤通道顶板的主动临时机械化支护,有利于提高煤矿作业安全性以及支架回撤效率。
At present the fully mechanized mining face of domestic and foreign coal mines,the moving process support method is time-consuming and strenuous,high labor intensity,wasteful of wood and support height, support speed, automation degree,operability,safety and other aspects can not adapt to the requirement of quick moving and reversing for the fully mechanized mining face in domestic majority coal mines. The ZZ18000/25.5/52 four-column support shielded support was developed. The main technical parameters of the support were given,the structural composition,operation situation and application effect of the support and the layout in roadway were introduced. The support realizes the active temporary mechanized support for the retracement channel roof,which is beneficial to improve the support retracing efficiency and coal mine operation safety.
