摘要
针对盘式永磁调速器,利用Ansoft Maxwell和ANSYS Workbench软件进行了三维建模和电磁-热耦合仿真分析。研究了铜盘厚度、气隙厚度和永磁体厚度对盘式永磁调速器的转矩和温度的影响。研究结果为后续样机的结构设计和冷却系统的设计提供了参考。
For the disc permanent magnet governor,Ansoft Maxwell and ANSYS Workbench software were used to perform 3D modeling and simulation analysis of electromagnetic-thermal coupling. The effects of copper disc thickness,air gap thickness and permanent magnet thickness on the torque and temperature of the disc PMG were studied. The results provide a reference for the design of the following prototype structure and cooling system.
