中药熏蒸联合抗生素眼药治疗儿童活动期沙眼临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Antibiotic Eye Medicament for Treatment of Active Trachoma in Children

【目的】观察中药熏蒸联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液、氧氟沙星眼膏治疗儿童活动期沙眼的临床疗效。【方法】将108例活动期沙眼患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组给予单纯左氧氟沙星滴眼液和氧氟沙星眼膏治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予中药熏蒸双眼治疗,疗程为1个月。观察2组患儿治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、裂隙灯下观察角膜荧光染色(FL)情况评分、睑结膜情况评分和主观症状评分的变化情况,并评价2组患儿的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗1个月后,试验组的总有效率为96.30%(52/54),对照组为83.33%(45/54),试验组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患儿的BUT均较治疗前明显延长(P<0.05),FL评分、睑结膜情况评分和主观症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);组间比较,试验组的BUT较对照组明显延长,FL评分、睑结膜情况评分和主观症状评分均较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】中药熏蒸配合抗生素眼药治疗儿童活动期沙眼的临床疗效显著,可明显缩短治疗时间和有效缓解患儿的临床症状。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Levofloxacin Eye Drops and Ofloxacin Eye Ointment for the treatment of active trachoma in children.Methods A total of 108 children with active trachoma were randomly divided into trial group and control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levofloxacin Eye Drops and Ofloxacin Eye Ointment,and the trial group was given Chinese medicine fumigation based on the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for one month.Before and after treatment,the changes in the tear film break-up time(BUT),the scores of corneal fluorescence staining(FL)under the slit lamp,the scores of palpebral conjunctiva,and the scores of subjective symptoms in the two groups were observed.After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)After treatment for one month,the total effective rate of the trial group was 96.30%,significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%).The difference of the clinical effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,BUT was obviously prolonged,and the scores of corneal FL staining,palpebral conjunctiva,and subjective symptoms were obviously decreased in the two groups as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The intergroup comparison showed that the prolongation of BUT and the decrease of the scores of corneal FL staining,palpebral conjunctiva,and subjective symptoms in the trial group were superior to those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Levofloxacin Eye Drops and Ofloxacin Eye Ointment is effective for the treatment of active trachoma in children,and the combined therapy can obviously shorten the cure time and effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the children with active trachoma.
