摘要
介绍电解槽中氯酸盐含量过高的危害是:电流效率降低,设备腐蚀,螯合树脂损坏,在线分析仪分析结果不准确。给出氯酸盐分解工艺流程图。提出控制氯酸盐含量的方法有:增加氯酸盐分解槽和电解槽加酸量,降低淡盐水pH值。明确控制氯酸盐含量的注意事项。
The hazards of excess chlorate content in electrolyzers include the reduction of current efficiency,the corrosion of equipment,the damage of chelating resin,and the inaccurate results of on-line analyzer.The process flow chart of chlorate decomposition is given.The methods to control the chlorate content are as follows:increase the amount of acid added to chlorate decomposition tank and to electrolyzer,and reduce the pH value of depleted brine.The precautions for chlorate content control are defined.
