摘要
为减少人为操作失误或设备突发故障引发的安全事故,对烧碱生产系统自动控制进行了完善:氯气和氢气总管压力联锁系统停车,冷凝酸中间槽液体排放采用自动控制,次氯酸钠生产管线上安装电导率和游离氯监测装置。
In order to reduce safety accidents caused by human errors or sudden equipment failures,the automatic control of caustic soda production system is improved:the system interlock shutdowns due to chlorine and hydrogen main pressure;the liquid discharge in the intermediate tank of condensed acid is controlled automatically;a conductivity monitoring device and a free chlorine monitoring device are installed on the production line of sodium hypochlorite.
