隔药灸配合电针治疗心脾两虚型亚健康态入睡延迟72例临床研究

Clinical Study on 72Cases of Sub-health Sleep Delay of Heart and Spleen Deficiency Type Treated by Moxibustion Instrument with Medicinal Moxibustion and Electro-Acupuncture Instrument

目的:观察艾灸仪隔药灸配合电针仪治疗心脾两虚型亚健康态入睡延迟72例的临床研究。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年3月心脾两虚型亚健康态入睡延迟72例,并将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用口服西药,观察组采用DAJ-10型艾灸仪使用归脾汤方制作药饼进行隔药灸,并配合SDZ-Ⅱ型智能电针仪治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,结束后观察两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、SAS焦虑自评表、疗效指标、血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6。结果:两组患者在PSQI评分和SAS评分比较,2周后两组均与治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05);而组间比较,观察组在PSQI评分和SAS焦虑自评分均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗效方面,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6水平比较,2周后两组均与治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在血清肿瘤坏死因子α与对照组无差异,而在白介素6优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸仪隔药灸配合电针仪治疗心脾两虚型亚健康态入睡延迟,标本兼治,效果显著,且利用先进的治疗仪器,治疗方便实用,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical study of 72cases of delayed sleep in sub-healthy state of deficiency of both heart and spleen treated by moxibustion apparatus with herb-separated moxibustion and electro-acupuncture apparatus.Methods:Seventy-two patients with delayed sleep in sub-healthy state of deficiency of both heart and spleen from March 2018to March 2019were selected and randomly divided into controlled group and observation group.The controlled group was treated with oral western medicine,while the observation group was treated with DAJ-10moxibustion apparatus and Guipi Decoction for cake-sep-arated moxibustion,and with SDZ-II intelligent electro-acupuncture apparatus.The two groups were treated for 2weeks.After the treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),SAS Self-rating Anxiety Scale,therapeutic index,serum TNF-a and IL-6were observed.Results:The PSQI score and SAS score of the two groups were significantly different after 2weeks com-pared with those before treatment(P<0.05),while the PSQI score and SAS anxiety self-score of the observation group were bet-ter than those of the controlled group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the curative effect of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);after 2weeks,there was statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);there was no difference in serum TNF-alpha between the observation group and the controlled group,but interleukin-6was better than the controlled group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with medicine-separa-ted moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncturing apparatus has remarkable effect in treating delayed sleep in sub-healthy state with deficiency of both heart and spleen,and it is convenient and practical to use advanced therapeutic instruments,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
