中医药治疗胰腺癌研究进展

Advances in Traditioinal Chinese Medicine Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

胰腺癌因其较高的致死率和恶性度,在医疗界有"癌王"的称号。据世界卫生组织统计结果显示,不同国及不同地区之间胰腺癌发病率差距明显,且与当地经济水平呈明显正相关,即经济越发达,发病率越高。我国胰腺癌5年相对生存率为7.2%,在美国,5年相对生存率也仅为8%,是所有罹患恶性肿瘤中患者生存率最低的一种恶性肿瘤。虽然现代医学对胰腺癌有不断深入的探索,从放化疗到免疫治疗,从分子信号通路到基因测序,但对于提高患者生存率并没有起到很好的疗效。祖国医学本着其博大精深的优势,在许多疾病的治疗上都有可喜的成果。如果能将前人总结的中医药优良治疗方式与现代医学研究成果相结合,势必会取得可喜的结果。基于前人成果,本文围绕胰腺癌发病机制及中医药治疗胰腺癌做一综述,旨在归纳与梳理中医药在胰腺癌的治疗作用。

Because of its high mortality and malignancy,pancreatic cancer has the title of“king of cancer”in the medical field.According to the statistics of the World Health Organization,although the incidence gap between countries and regions is ob-vious,the common point is that the incidence of pancreatic cancer is positively related to the local economic level.The more de-veloped the economy,the higher the incidence of pancreatic cancer[1].For a long time,the 5-year relative survival rate of pan-creatic cancer in China is 7.2%.In the United States,the 5-year relative survival rate is only 8%,which is the worst of all ma-lignant tumors[2].Modern medicine has a lot of exploration on pancreatic cancer,from chemotherapy to immune therapy,from pathways to genes,but it has not obtained gratifying benefit rate.Traditional Chinese medicine is broad and profound.If we can sum up the brilliant experience of predecessors and combine the research results of modern medicine,we can make some change in this cancer,in case of benefit the patient.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer in the field of tradi-tional Chinese medicine are summarized,and the current progress of its treatment is summarized and combed.
