摘要 非理想体系二元系统汽液平衡数据测定是化学工程与工艺专业的专业实验之一。针对实验教学中的一些问题,操作步骤和实验装置进行了一些改进,包括样品的取样方法、滴定管的类型、用智能数显控制仪表代替自耦式调压器控制实验过程的加热和保温等。为了更好地实现实验教学对理论教学的促进作用,教学中还加强了预习思考环节,要求学生在实验前就思考题展开讨论,以激发他们的专业思维能力。 The measurement of Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium data for nonideal binary system is one of professional experiments for major of chemical engineering and technology.In view of problems found during the teaching process,we improved both of the experimental operation steps and equipment,such as the method of sampling,the type of burette,and replacing the auto-voltage regulator with intelligent-digitaldisplay control instrument to control the heating and warming process.Moreover,in order to better boost the effect of experimental teaching on theoretical teaching and stimulate students’ professional thinking ability,students were required to discuss the relative prepared questions before the experiment.
