摘要
基于法治路径培育大学生社会主义核心价值观,是坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合对社会主义高校建设的内在要求,是凝聚高校师生价值共识、培育法治情感的客观需要,是维护社会主义高校意识形态安全、营造风清气朗校园文化环境的必然遵循。当前,从法治层面培育大学生社会主义核心价值观仍然面临国家层面相关法治制度结构偏狭、学校层面法治实践教学体系欠缺、学生层面少数人法治意识淡薄等比较严峻的问题。这亟待制度创新以完善相关法律法规、机制创新以构建法治教学体系、方式创新以营造高校法治文化,从而构建科学系统的法治路径,进而营造风清气正、有利于培育大学生社会主义核心价值观的法治大环境。
Cultivating the socialist core values of college students based on the method of the rule of law is the inherent requirement for the construction of socialist colleges and universities by insisting on the combination of the rule of law and the rule of virtue.It is the inevitable requisition for the value consensus of teachers and students and the emotional cultivation of the rule by law.Also it is necessary to maintain the ideological security of socialist colleges and universities and to create a clear atmosphere for campus culture environment.At present,this mission is still faced with severe problems,such as the narrow structure of the relevant rule of law system at the national level,the lack of practical teaching system of the rule of law at the school level,the weak sense of the rule of law at the student level and the lack of value consensus.It is urgent for the system innovation to improve the relevant laws and regulations,the mechanism innovation to construct teaching system of the rule of law,and the methodological innovation to create the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities,so as to construct a scientific system of the rule of law and create the environment of the rule of law which is beneficial to the cultivation of the socialist core values of college students.
