乡村宜居环境治理的实践形式及提升策略--以新兴县“三清三拆三整治”为例

Practice and Promotion Strategy for the Management of Rural Livable Environment

党的十九大将建设"生态宜居"放在重要位置,乡村宜居环境建设成为实施乡村振兴战略的首要任务。2018年以来,广东农村开展了以"三清三拆三整治"为主要内容的乡村人居环境治理。分析了新兴县开展"三清三拆三整治"为主要内容的乡村人居环境治理的实践形式、存在问题及完善路径,旨在为广东甚至全国其他同类地区开展乡村人居环境治理提供借鉴。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put the construction of "ecological and livable environment" as a priority, and the construction of livable environment in rural areas has become the first task to implement the strategy of rural revitalization. Since 2018, rural areas in Guangdong province have carried out the management of rural human settlements with the main contents of "three clearances, three dismantlements and three rectifications". This paper analyzes the practice of rural residential environmental management in Xinxing county. The exploration and practice of Xinxing county provides a useful reference for Guangdong and even other areas.
