Research Progress and Prospect of Community Public Service Facilities Configuration

社区公共服务设施是对社区进行管理和服务的物质基础。在对国内外社区公共服务设施研究背景、概念内涵、基础理论、类别项目、选址布局、分级规模、空间分异、标准规范、评价指标、问题成因和措施策略等方面内容研究现状梳理的基础上,认为国外关于社区公共服务设施配置的研究比较全面深入,我国社区公共服务设施理论研究尚不充分深入,不能满足当前我国快速发展的社区管理服务需求,今后需要加强公共服务设施配置理念、机制、选址布局技术、标准规范、公平性、效率和效益等方面的研究。

Public service facilities are the material basis of community management and service. This paper studies various aspects of community public service facilities such as the background, the concept of connotation, basic theory, class projects, site layout, grading scale, spatial differentiation, standards, evaluation items, the problems, the causes and the strategies. The research shows theoretical research on public service facilities in foreign communities is more comprehensive and in-depth, and it is still insufficient in China, so it cannot meet the current needs of community management and service for its rapid development. The research areas that need to be strengthened in the future are as follows: public service facilities configuration concept, mechanism, site selection and layout technology, standard specifications, fairness, efficiency and effectiveness.
