摘要
校企形成命运共同体是现代职业教育培养高素质技术技能型人才的目标和方向。文章阐释了共同体思想的来源与发展,从基于系统论的角度提出校企命运共同体的构成要素,论述了校企命运共同体的科学内涵和特征,并提出动力机制模型,指出其具有合作育人、利益共享和促进职业教育生态和谐的价值取向,为校企命运共同体的研究提供理论依据。
Building a school-enterprise Community with a shared future is the goal and direction of modern vocational education in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Based on the review of source and development of the concept of community,the components of school-enterprise community have been proposed from the perspective of system theory.The scientific connotation and characteristics of such community have been elaborated in order to establish a dynamic mechanism model.Finally,the authors proposed that it is the value orientation of cooperative education,benefit sharing and promotion of ecological harmony of vocational education,that provides a theoretical basis for the study of school-enterprise community with a shared future.
