摘要
为科学决策选择供应商,企业应吸纳有竞争力的供应商参与竞争,通过建立供应商评价指标体系,充分考虑供应商的比较优势,建构科学评价模型进行决策。根据混合多属性群决策的特点,采集混合的主客观评价指标信息,形成了科学的集结与规范化方法;然后运用层次分析法和离差最大化法相结合,确定评价指标权重,构建了VIKOR混合多属性群评价模型;最后以第三方物流供应商选择为算例,形成决策结论。
It is necessary for enterprises to identify competitive suppliers by establishing a scientific evaluation index system,with comparative advantages taken into consideration.According to the characteristics of hybrid multiple attribute decision making,the aggregation and standardization method for the subjectivity and objective of index value have been collected.Adopting AHP and Maximum Deviation Method to determine the weight of evaluation index,the VIKOR hybrid multiple attribute decision model has been constructed.The selection of a third-party logistics supplier was taken as an example to further elaborate the model.
