个体化优质护理在声带息肉日间手术中的应用

Effect of individualized nursing management in the perioperative period of vocal cord polypectomy during day surgery

目的探讨围手术期个体化优质护理在声带息肉日间手术中的应用。方法纳入我院2018年8月~2019年2月耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实施声带息肉切除术日间手术的患者168例。按照入住医院的时间先后顺序编号,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,每组各84例。对照组给予常规护理服务及随访,观察组在此基础上再行个体化优质护理。比较两组不同护理服务方式对围手术期患者的相关因素影响,比较两组患者焦虑、疼痛、术后创面出血、感染等因素。结果观察组患者SAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后疼痛评分观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组创面出血、感染例数低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度评分观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化优质护理服务在声带息肉切除日间手术患者围手术期中,能减轻患者焦虑情绪。早期干预能减轻术后疼痛,减少术后并发症发生;嗓音训练促进声音康复,提高了患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the value of individualized nursing management during perioperative period in daytime operation of vocal cord polypectomy.Methods 168 patients with vocal cord polypectomy during the otolaryngology department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from February to August in 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing service methods,with 84 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing services and follow-up,and the observation group performed individualized quality nursing services on this basis.Compare the effects of different types of nursing services on perioperative patients.The preoperative conditions and postoperative medication compliance,pain and anxiety,postoperative wound bleeding,postoperative infection,eating status,and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative preparation of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the time spent was small,and the anxiety of the patients was significantly different from that of the observation group(P<0.05).The patient′s medical compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in postoperative pain between the two groups(P<0.05).The number of postoperative wound hemorrhage and infection in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had excellent postoperative feeding.In the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction score observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized quality nursing service can improve the preoperative preparation efficiency and reduce the preoperative anxiety of patients during the perioperative period of vocal cord polypectomy.It can improve the patient′s postoperative medication compliance,reduce postoperative pain and anxiety,and reduce postoperative operation.Wound infection and bleeding,improve sound status,and improve care satisfaction can provide a reference for clinical care.
