考虑成本粘性的动态供应链决策

摘要 设计一个由制造商和零售商构成的供应链系统,考虑成本粘性影响,构造Stackelberg动态博弈模型,利用HJB方程求解分散决策下制造商的销售价格及零售商的产品订购量。研究合作决策下的最优订购量,研究发现:合作决策下零售商的产品订购量要大于分散决策下的求解值;合作决策下供应链系统整体效益要大于分散决策下各利益之和。由此进一步得出供应链合作能够优化决策,提高供应链系统整体效益的结论。 A supply chain system consisting of both manufacturers and retailers is designed.Considering cost stickiness,we build a Stackelberg dynamic game model,and HJB equation is used to get the manufacturer's sales price and the retailer's product order quantity under the decentralized decision condition.Optimal order quantity is studied with cooperative decision-making.The research indicates that product order quantity with cooperative decision is greater than that of decentralized decision;the overall benefit of supply chain system with cooperative decision is greater than the sum of interests under decentralized decision making.It comes to a conclusion that supply chain cooperation can optimize decision-making and improve the overall efficiency.
