摘要
运载火箭振动环境是光纤陀螺在工程应用中无法回避的问题,为降低火箭发射过程中随机振动对光纤陀螺精度的影响,设计三轴等刚度橡胶减振器对光纤陀螺支架进行空间八点减振安装。应用ANSYS软件对减振器进行仿真设计,通过合理设计减振器谐振频率,有效抑制了随机振动量级。仿真设计结果与随机振动试验结果一致,减振器设计符合减振要求。
The vibration environment of the rocket is an unavoidable problem in the application of fiber-optic gyroscope(FOG).In order to reduce the influence of random vibration on the accuracy of FOG during rocket launching,a three-axis rubber shock absorber with equal stiffness was designed to install the FOG bracket in eight-point space.Applying ANSYS to simulate and design the shock absorber and setting the frequency of the shock absorber reasonably can effectively attenuate the vibration.The tests results show that the simulation design meet the design requirements.
