温度载荷下长径比与m数对组合装药结构影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 在设计固体火箭发动机时,药柱内外径比值通常定义为m数,为研究组合装药的长径比与m数在温度载荷下对装药结构完整性的影响规律,通过基于三维线粘弹性模型,同时选择9种长径比以及7种m数为参数的组合装药,对63组数据进行建模,计算并分析组合装药的结构完整性。结果表明,药柱危险点情况受到m数与长径比的作用,且在m数一定的情况下,当长径比大于4时,药柱危险点数值的变化幅度趋于稳定。 In the process of solid rocket motor charge design,the ratio of the internal and external diameter of the charge is generally defined as m.In order to study the effect of the length diameter ratio and number m of the combined charge on the integrity of the charge structure under the temperature loading,a three-dimensional viscoelastic model was adopted to select 9 kinds of length diameter ratio and 7 kinds of numbers m,and a total of 63 groups of models were selected,and the structure integrity of the combined charge was calculated.The results show that the risk point of the charge are affected by the numbers m and length diameter ratio,and when the length diameter ratio is greater than 4,the variation of the value of the dangerous point of the charge tends to be stable.
