摘要
本文针对卫星导航系统地面站运行状态下的整站性能评估方法进行了分析研究。从功能实现的层面定义了评估项目,如数据采集、测量精度、注入情况、数据有效率等,从而全面掌握地面站站间时间同步、星地时间同步、上行注入和导航信号监测接收等功能的运行情况;同时,基于模糊集理论,采用模糊综合评价方法,对地面站综合性能评估进行建模,给出了阶段性地面站运行性能评估方法,从而实现整站综合运行性能评估。
This paper analyzes the performance evaluation method for the satellite navigation system ground station in operation.The evaluation items are defined from the perspectives of function realization,including data acquisition,measurement accuracy,injection status and effective data rate,so as to comprehensively understand the realization of different functions,such as time synchronization among ground stations,time synchronization between satellite and ground station,uplink injection and the monitoring and receiving of navigation signals.Based on the fuzzy set theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to model the comprehensive performance evaluation of ground stations,and the evaluation method for the operational performance of ground stations at different stages is given to realize the comprehensive operation performance evaluation of the whole station.
