摘要
以价格低廉的环戊烷为原料开发高附加值的环戊醇和环戊酮产品,研究了钛硅分子筛催化氧化环戊烷制备环戊醇和环戊酮的反应工艺,在固定床反应器中考察了不同工艺条件对反应性能的影响。结果表明,在以丙酮为溶剂,n(环戊烷)/n(过氧化氢)为1,n(丙酮)/n(环戊烷)为8~10,反应温度为70℃,反应压力为0.5MPa,液时空速为2.0h-1条件下,醇酮产品收率大于25%,醇酮比为0.3~0.45。
Cyclopentanol and cyclopentanone with high added value were developed with cyclopentane as raw material.The process of cyclopentanol and cyclopentanone prepared by catalytic oxidation of cyclopentane with titanium silicalite was studied.The effects of different conditions on the reaction were investigated in a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that the yield of products can reach over 25%and molar ratio of cyclopentanol to cyclopentanone is 0.3~0.45 under the reaction conditions of acetone as solvent,ratio of n(CPA)to n(H2O2)1,ratio of n(acetone)to n(CPA)8~10,reaction temperature 70℃,reaction pressure 0.5 MPa and LHSV 2.0 h-1.
