摘要
新冠肺炎疫情期间,处于疫情中心的武汉市水务集团有限公司坚持疫情防控与安全生产两手抓,紧急启动战时供水应急保障机制,强化了从水源、净水厂到管网的全过程应急保障措施,保障了安全、优质供水,同时也发现了龙头水监测受限、部分水厂自动化系统老旧、低流量工况下设备配置考虑不充分等问题。提出了下一步研究和改进的方向,为提升应对类似突发公共事件的应急保供能力提供借鉴。
During the novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak,Wuhan Water Group Co.,Ltd.which is at the epidemic center,adhered to both epidemic prevention-control and production safety,launched the emergency support mechanism for water supply,strengthened the entire process from source,purification plant to network,ensuring safe and high-quality water supply.Also,problems were exposed,such as limited monitoring of the water tap,outdated automation systems in ancient water plants,and insufficient consideration of equipment configuration in low-flow conditions.Further research and improvement directions were proposed,as well as a reference for improving the emergency safeguard capacity in response to similar public emergencies were provided.
