商丘市黑臭水体综合整治规划探索 被引量:8

摘要 对商丘市现状及水污染成因进行深入细致的调查分析,制定了黑臭水体治理的目标与原则,提出了整体的治理策略和规划技术路线。根据治理目标,计算了水环境容量与污染削减要求,明确了污水处理厂尾水水质与径流污染控制的要求。根据商丘市实际情况,重点探讨了控源截污工程中的污水处理厂布局、合流制分流改造、截污干管与排口、合流制溢流污染控制、径流污染控制,以及水系综合整治中的生态岸线、河道清淤、人工湿地、河道补水、闸坝调控等重点和热点问题,并根据商丘市的特点,基于动态模型的精准计算,提出了针对性的解决方案。通过科学的规划及有效的实施,商丘市中心城区的黑臭水体得到了有效治理,水环境明显改善。 The situation of river system,river water quality and drainage system of Shangqiu was thoroughly investigated,and the causes of water pollution were carefully analyzed.Then,waterbody treatment objectives and principles were determined,and the holistic treatment strategy and planning technical routine were formulated.According to the treatment objectives,water assimilation capacity and pollution reduction requirement were calculated,which set the water quality requirement of WWTP discharge and rainfall runoff.According to the situation of Shangqiu,following key issues are discussed in this paper:WWTPs layout,separate drainage system reconstruction,main interception pipes and outlets,combined system overflows control,rainfall runoff pollution control,ecological banks,river sediment dredging,constructed wetland,river ecological flow increasing,gates and dams regulation,which were carefully researched and proper solutions for Shangqiu city were put forward on the basis of precise simulation with a dynamic model developed for Shangqiu.Through scientific planning and effective enforcement,black and odorous water was eliminated preliminarily and water environment has been greatly improved in Shangqiu.
