摘要
结合烧结烟气特点,综述了国内外对硫酸铵结晶影响因素研究的进展,讨论了p H、搅拌转速、蒸发温度、杂质对硫酸铵结晶过程的影响,分析了各个因素对硫酸铵结晶的影响机理和作用效果,为今后优化硫酸铵结晶工艺提供借鉴。
Based on the characteristics of sintering flue gas,this paper reviews the research advances on the factors affecting the crystallization of ammonium sulfate in China and abroad,and discusses the effects of p H,stirring speed,evaporation temperature and impurities on the crystallization process of ammonium sulfate.The influence mechanism and effect of each factor on the crystallization of ammonium sulfate are analyzed,which can supply references to optimize the crystallization process of ammonium sulfate in the future.
