摘要 简述了苯酚加氢反应路径,重点综述了苯酚加氢催化剂的研究进展。性能优良的贵金属催化剂因高昂成本而使其工业应用受限;纳米级的非贵金属Ni基催化剂具备高催化活性,但容易发生团聚;金属氧化物催化剂需要钝化保存;部分硫化物催化剂在制备过程中需要进行预硫化处理且氢气损耗量较大;磷化物催化剂制备过程中容易发生积碳和团聚;碳化物催化剂具有类似于贵金属的电子结构和催化活性,并且在苯酚加氢反应中显示出对芳烃化合物的高选择性,是目前最具有发展潜力的苯酚加氢催化剂。 The reaction pathway of phenol hydrogenation is briefly described,and the research progress in catalyst for phenol hydrogenation is reviewed. Noble metals-based catalysts with excellent performance are limited in industrial application due to high cost.Nano-sized non-precious metal Ni-based catalysts have high catalytic activity but are prone to agglomeration.Metal oxide-based catalysts need to be passivated in storage.Partial sulfide-based catalysts need to be prevulcanized during the preparation process and consume plenty of hydrogen.Carbon deposition and agglomeration are prone to occur during preparation of phosphide-based catalysts. Carbide-based catalysts have electronic structure and catalytic activity similar to that of noble metals-based catalysts,and exhibit high selectivity to aromatic hydrocarbon compounds in phenol hydrogenation reaction,and are currently the most promising phenol hydrogenation catalysts.
