儿童游憩空间的规划与设计:兼论台湾的推动与发展经验

The Planning and Design for Children Recreational Spaces:Some Comments on the Development Experience of Taiwan

从儿童与游憩空间之间的共生关系,讨论儿童游憩空间存在的重要性与空间规划上所应注意的条件与情况。事实上,在许多国家,儿童游憩空间长期被政府与规划者所忽略,使得儿童游憩活动较少、质量较低,儿童游憩空间成为都市成人与汽车附属的空间。引用“第三空间”理论,分析游憩空间对儿童成长的直接关联,并且通过不同类型的儿童游憩空间规划案例,阐明国外发展的实践经验。在这些论述与案例解析之下,以台湾建构的儿童游憩空间制度为样本,分析公私部门对该类型空间规划的经验与贡献,最后为国内未来儿童游憩空间规划提出建议。

This paper tries to emphasize the important role of children recreational spaces in the city and to notice the exclusive condition of planning for playing fields with the emphasis of the co-existence between children and playfields.In fact,the children recreational space is underestimated by government leaders and planners around the world and regarded as the affiliated place owned by adults and car-owners in the city.This situation makes the children recreational space low-efficient and underused.“The Third Space”advocated by Oldenburg(1982),is explored as the theoretical foundation in this paper,and is illustrated as the important factor on children’s growing up.There are some case studies introduced in this paper,promoted as appropriated examples to analyze the playing field planning paradigms.The institutional environment of children recreational spaces in Taiwan is also introduced,and the contributions from government and non-government are analyzed.In the conclusion,the authors provide some suggestions on planning the children recreational space in the future.
