摘要
为了进一步提高杂多酸盐在聚丙烯(PP)基材中的分散性,进而改善PP/杂多酸盐抗菌膜的抗菌性能,采用了四正丁基溴化铵、四苯基氯化磷与硅钨酸、磷钨酸进行有机–无机杂化,获得的杂多酸盐(改性季铵盐和季磷盐)与PP材料熔融共混,制备PP/杂多酸盐抗菌膜。短碳链杂多酸盐在PP基材中分散得到明显改善,其中改性季铵盐颗粒分散相对更均匀;PP/杂多酸盐抗菌膜的热稳定性有所下降,储能模量有所提高;相同杂多酸条件下,季铵盐的抗菌效果优于季磷盐,同种季盐,磷钨酸杂化后对大肠菌和金葡菌的抑菌效果好于硅钨酸,添加8%的磷钨酸季铵盐的PP抗菌膜对金葡菌抗菌率高达93.80%,对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到90.10%。改性杂多酸盐颗粒的均匀化分布有利于改善抗菌性能,复合抗菌膜的热稳定性、储能模量等性能的变化与颗粒阻碍PP分子链段的运动有关。
In order to improve the dispersion of heteropoly acid salt in polypropylene(PP)base material,then improve antibacterial properties of the PP/heteropoly acid salt antibacterial film,the heteropoly acid salt(modified quaternary ammonium salt and quaternary phosphonium salt)was melt blended with PP material to prepare the PP/heteropoly acid salt antibacterial film by organic hybridization of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and tetraphenyl phosphorus chloride with silicotungstic acid and phosphotungstic acid.The dispersion of the short chain heteropoly acids salt in PP base material is improved obviously,and the quaternary ammonium salt particles are more evenly dispersed.The thermal stability of PP/heteropoly acid salt antibacterial film is decreased,and the storage modulus is increased.Under the same heteropoly acid condition,the antibacterial effect of quaternary ammonium salt is better than that of quaternary phosphorus salt.Under the same quaternary salt,the antibacterial effect of phosphotungstic acid hybrid is better than that of silicotungstic acid.The addition of 8%tungsten phosphate quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial film has an antibacterial rate of 93.80%against staphylococcus aureus.The antibacterial rate reaches 90.10%against escherichia coli.The uniform distribution of the heteropoly acid salt particles is beneficial to improve the antibacterial performance.The changes of the thermal stability and storage modulus of the PP antibacterial film is related to the particles blocking the movement of the PP molecular segment.
