摘要
随着机器视觉系统越来越成熟,其在工业检测领域的使用也越来越广。圆孔定位是机器视觉的基本技术,在工业应用中有着关键作用。主要研究基于图像处理的生瓷片圆孔定位技术,使用高均匀环形光照明产品及远心镜头以降低图像畸变,利用极坐标变换检测边缘,以此边缘信息来实现圆孔的定位。实验结果验证了方法的可行性,实现了自动化圆孔定位,有效提高了定位速度。
With the development of machine vision system,it is widely used in the field of industrial detection.Circular hole positioning is the basic technology of machine vision,which plays a pivotal role in industrial applications.The positioning technology for the ceramic holes based on image processing is mainly studied.Firstly,the high uniform ring light illumination products and the far center lens are used to reduce the image distortion.Secondly,the edge is detected by the polar coordinate transformation,and the edge information can realize the positioning of the circular holes.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the method,realize the automatic circular holes positioning and improve the positioning speed effectively.
