The Relationship Between Acne and Sex Hormones and Related Diseases

痤疮是常见的皮肤病,其发病与性激素水平异常及胰岛素抵抗有一定相关性,本文综述了近年来对于痤疮与性激素、胰岛素样生长因子关系的研究进展,介绍了各种性激素水平高低与痤疮发病的关系,以及一些内分泌疾病与痤疮的伴发情况,希望在临床工作中对于痤疮患者的诊治有所帮助。

Acne is a common skin disease, which is related to abnormal sex hormone level and insulin resistance. This article reviewed the research progress on the relationship between acne and sex hormones, insulin-like growth factor. This paper introduced the relationship between the levels of various sex hormones and acne, as well as the concomitant situation of endocrine diseases and acne. This research progress maybe helpful for diagnosis and treatment in acne patients.
