超分子水杨酸联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Supramolecular Salicylic Acid Combined with Red Blue Light in Treating Mild and Moderate Acne

目的:观察超分子水杨酸联合红蓝光治疗轻、中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年1月在门诊确诊的120例轻中度痤疮患者,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组:采用30%超分子水杨酸治疗,2周治疗1次,4次为1个疗程;研究组:采用30%超分子水杨酸和红蓝光联合治疗,水杨酸治疗同对照组,红蓝光于水杨酸治疗后第2周照射,1周2次,8次为1个疗程。疗程结束后2周,对比治疗前后照片,进行主观与客观指标分析。结果:研究组治愈29例,显效22例,总有效率85%;对照组治愈19例,显效17例,总有效率60%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间仅有轻微局部不良发应发生。结论:超分子水杨酸联合红蓝光治疗痤疮安全性高,无明显不良反应,大大减少了传统药物治疗带来的副作用,患者满意度高,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with red blue light in treating mild and moderate acne. Methods 120 cases of mild and moderate facial acne vulgaris patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid, once every two weeks, four times a session.The study group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid and red and blue light, salicylic acid treatment was the same as control group, red blue light and salicylic acid interval treatment, two a week, eight times for a course of treatment.Two weeks after the end of the experiment, the patients were observed to record the loss of skin, adverse reactions and self-evaluation. Results In the study group, 29 cases were cured, 22 cases were markedly effective, and the total effective rate was 85%.In the control group, 19 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, and the total effective rate was 60%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious side-effects in both groups. Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with red blue light in the treatment of acne has high safety, no obvious adverse reactions, greatly reduces the side effects caused by traditional drug treatment, has high patient satisfaction and remarkable effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
