摘要
目的:探讨基于微信平台延伸服务对微创重睑术患者预后的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年5月在笔者医院接受微创重睑成形术的200例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用术后常规健康教育方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于微信平台的延伸服务,比较两组患者术后相关并发症发生率、负性情绪干预情况及患者术后手术效果满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率为43.0%明显优于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后手术效果满意度为99.0%高于对照组的92.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延伸服务模式有利于改善微创重睑术后患者负性情绪,减少相关并发症发生率,提高患者手术效果满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of WeChat-based outreach service on patients accepted micro-invasive blepharoplasty. Methods Two-hundred patients undergoing micro-invasive blepharoplasty in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects, who were randomly assigned to the control group or the observation group each including 100 patients. The control group received conventional postoperative health education, in addition to which the observation group received a WeChat-based outreach service. The two groups were compared for the incidence of complications, intervention outcome of negative emotions, and patient satisfaction with the surgical effect. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 43.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 99.0% higher than that of the control group(92.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing micro-invasive blepharoplasty, the WeChat-based outreach service pattern is favorable for improving patients negative emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction with the surgical effect.
