Based on the active following theory,it is suggested that the following behavior in the organization is planned behavior(TPB).Theoretically,it proves that following behavior attitude, perceived following behavior social norm, perceived following behavior control are the causes of following behavior intention. While following behavior intention leads to following behavior.Four corresponding hypotheses were established.Five measurement scales of following behavior attitude, perceived following behavior social norm, perceived following behavior control, following behavior intention and following behavior were designed.AMOS method was used to test the relevant hypotheses with a collected valid questionnaire(270).The results show that the following behavior in the organization is planned behavior, and the attitude of following behavior, the perceptual norm, the perceptual behavior control determine the following behavior intention, and the following behavior intention leads to the following behavior.
