摘要
为研究不同掺量下玄武岩纤维对AC-13和AC-20两种沥青混凝土的影响,选用掺量分别为0%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%的玄武岩纤维.在MTS试验机上对马歇尔试件进行间接拉伸试验,采用韧性指数指标来分析玄武岩纤维对沥青混凝土的影响规律.试验结果表明:掺入不同掺量的玄武岩纤维均可以提高AC-13、AC-20沥青混凝土的裂前裂后变形能力、韧性指数、破坏荷载以及最大荷载对应的水平变形量,且纤维掺量为0.4%时韧性指数达到最大,增韧效果明显,具有良好的低温抗裂性能.
In order to study the influence of basalt fiber on asphalt concrete AC-13 and AC-20,basalt fiber contents of 0%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%and 0.5%were selected respectively.Indirect tensile tests were conducted on Marshall specimens on the MTS testing machine,and the influence of basalt fiber on asphalt concrete was analyzed by toughness index.The test results show that the addition of basalt fiber of different contents can improve deformation capacity,toughness index,failure load and horizontal deformation corresponding to the maximum load of asphalt concrete AC-13 and AC-20 before and after crack,and when the fiber content is 0.4%the toughness index reaches the maximum and the toughening effect is most obvious with a good low-temperature crack resistance.
