腹部推拿结合刺络疗法治疗瘀血停胃型胃脘痛的效果

Effect of Abdominal Massage Combined with Acupuncture Therapy on Blood Stasis and Epigastric Pain

目的观察腹部推拿结合刺络疗法治疗瘀血停胃型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的67例瘀血停胃型胃脘痛患者,随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(33例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用腹部推拿结合刺络疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的15.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访半年,观察组复发率为5.56%,低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部推拿结合刺络疗法治疗瘀血停胃型胃脘痛可提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,且能有效防止疾病复发,在临床中可考虑借鉴使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal massage combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of stasis and gastric epigastric pain.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,67 patients with stasis and gastric epigastric pain treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with abdominal massage combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.18%,which was higher than 81.82%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than the 15.15%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up for six months,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 23.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal massage combined with acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and effectively prevent the recurrence of the disease.It can be considered for reference in clinical practice.
