Design and Development of Hospital Multi-level Shift System Based on Platform and Data Center

医院交接班工作是一项重要的医疗活动,传统交接班主要采用纸质登记的方式进行,交班工作效率和质量较低。本文通过对交接班工作管理的需求分析,基于医院信息平台和数据中心从设计思路、开发技术、数据库设计、程序开发、接口等方面对医院多级交班系统进行设计与开发,实现了院行政总值班交班、临床护理交班、医技交班和全院大交班四个交班模块功能,规范了交班内容,提高了交班工作效率和质量,同时交班记录可存档,随时查阅、调用,通过信息技术在一定程度上促进了医院的现代化管理,不断提高医院的服务能力和诊治水平,提升患者满意度。

Hospital handover is an important medical activity.Traditional handover is mainly carried out by paper registration.The efficiency and quality of handover are low.In this paper,based on the analysis of the requirements for the management of the transfer work,based on the hospital information platform and data center,the design and development of the hospital's multi-level shift system are studied from the design ideas,development technology,database design,program development,and interface.The functions of the four shift modules of the administrative total shift,clinical nursing shift,medical technology shift,and hospital-wide shift,standardize the shift content and improve the efficiency and quality of shift work.At the same time,the shift records can be archived and can be consulted and called at any time.To a certain extent,it has promoted the modern management of the hospital,continuously improved the hospital's service capacity and level of diagnosis and treatment,and improved patient satisfaction.
