肺癌组织中胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨内源性硫化氢合成酶胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(CSE)在肺癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2008年12月~2013年12月青岛大学附属青岛市市立医院经根治性肺叶手术切除并经医院病理科病理证实的肺癌患者125例,选取患者肺癌组织及癌旁正常组织各125例。应用免疫组化方法检测胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶在肺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,分析CSE表达与肺癌患者临床病理特征以及临床预后的关系。结果CSE在肺癌组织中高表达占79.20%,高于癌旁正常组织的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CSE的表达情况与肺癌患者TNM分期、周围淋巴结发生转移与否、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);CSE低表达肺癌患者5年生存率高于CSE高表达肺癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CSE在肺癌组织中呈高表达,CSE的表达与肺癌患者TNM分期、周围淋巴结发生转移与否、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度有关,CSE表达水平会对患者5年生存率造成影响,以CSE为靶点的研究思路可作为评估肺癌早期发生及预后的参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of endogenous hydrogen sulfide synthase cystathionine-γ-lyase(CSE)in lung cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods From December 2008 to December 2013,125 patients with lung cancer who underwent radical lung lobe resection and pathologically confirmed by the pathology department of the Qingdao Municipal Hospital affiliated to Qingdao University were selected,and 125 patients with lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were selected.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of cystathionine-γ-lyase in lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues,and the relationship between CSE expression and clinical pathological characteristics and clinical prognosis of lung cancer patients was analyzed.Results The high expression of CSE in lung cancer tissues accounts for 79.20%,which is higher than 16.00%of normal tissues adjacent to the cancer,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression of CSE is related to the TNM stage of lung cancer patients,the occurrence of peripheral lymph nodes or not,and tumor size the degree of tumor differentiation was related(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of patients with low CSE lung cancer was higher than that of patients with high CSE lung cancer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CSE is highly expressed in lung cancer tissues.The expression of CSE is related to the TNM stage of lung cancer patients,the presence or absence of peripheral lymph node metastasis,tumor size,and the degree of tumor differentiation.The level of CSE expression will affect the 5-year survival rate of patients.The research idea of CSE as a target can be used as a reference index to evaluate the early occurrence and prognosis of lung cancer.
