淮海战役是解放战争时期,人民解放军与国民党军进行的一次规模巨大的战略决战。解放军以少胜多,创造了世界战争史上的奇迹。国民党军在兵力、装备均占优势的情况下,兵败淮海战场,战略失措、指挥不当、派系掣肘、经济腐败以及外交受困等多方面因素都是其失败的导火索,是其反人民战争的必然结果。

The Huaihai Campaign is a large-scale strategically decisive battle between the PLA and the Kuomintang Army in Chinese People's War of Liberation.The PLA created a wonder in a battle that a minority defeated a majority.With advantages of military strength and equipment,the Kuomintang Army was still defeated because of strategic failure,improper command,faction conflict,economic corruption,diplomatic dilemma,etc.This is the inevitable result of its anti-people nature.
