摘要
以‘新农1号’狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon L.‘Xinnong No.1’)为研究对象,采用组织切片的方法对其分蘖特征及其发育动态展开研究。结果表明,狗牙根分蘖芽在出苗第6天形成分蘖原基,之后进入芽分化期,第20天至芽成熟期;分蘖芽结构组织在4叶期形成,8叶期突破母茎生成分蘖芽;在第3片叶至第8片叶的生长发育阶段内,株高、根长与基部分蘖数的变化都随着叶数的增加不断增高,呈正相关关系。
In this study,Cynodon dactylon L.‘Xinnong No.1’was taken as the research object,and the characteristics of tillers and the developmental dynamics were studied by tissue slicing.The results showed that:the structure of the axillary buds of the Cynodon dactylon L.formed a tiller primordium on the 6th day after emergence,and then entered the bud differentiation stage from the 20th day to the bud maturity stage;The tiller bud structure was formed in the 4th leaf stage,and broke through the mother stem to produce tiller buds in the 8th leaf stage;During the growth and development stages of 3-8 leaves,the changes in plant height,root length and base number of stalks increased with the increase of leaf number,showing a positive correlation.
