摘要
目的探讨滋肾平眩汤联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证的临床疗效。方法将104例后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采用常规治疗,同时采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用滋肾平眩汤治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗1个月后中医证候积分和左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉的血流速度及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(94.23%比80.77%,P<0.05)。观察组治疗1个月后中医证候积分低于对照组,左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉的血流速度均较对照组明显增快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾平眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证可有效提升临床疗效,降低中医证候积分,能改善患者的血流速度。
Objective Toexplore the clinical curative effectof Zishen Pingxuan decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules on post-circulation ischemic vertigo and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 104 patients with post-circulation ischemic vertigo and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Additionally,the observation group was given Zishen Pingxuan decoction.The clinicalcurative effect and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery were determined before and after treatment for 1 month.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.23%vs.80.77%,P<0.05).Compared with control group,the TCM syndrome score decreased and the blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery increased in observation group after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionZishen Pingxuan decoction can effectively improve clinical outcome,lower TCM syndrome score and accelerate blood flow velocity in patients with post-circulation ischemic vertigo and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.
