消癥止痛方治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的疗效

Clinical Effect of Xiaozheng Zhitong Prescription on Endometriosis-Associated Dysmenorrhea

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症痛经患者采用消癥止痛方的治疗效果。方法将95例子宫内膜异位症痛经患者按掷币法随机分为2组:对照组47例予以米非司酮治疗,观察组48例在对照组治疗基础上加用消癥止痛方治疗,比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候(包括胞中硬块、经行腹痛、月经量多、经色紫黯、经期错后等)积分与痛经积分的变化情况。结果2组治疗后各中医证候积分与痛经积分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组降低较对照组更为显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(95.83%比70.21%,P<0.05)。结论消癥止痛方能显著改善子宫内膜异位症患者痛经、月经失调及中医证候等症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription on endometriosis-associated dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 95 patients with endometriosis-associated dysmenorrheal were randomly treated with mifepristone alone(control group,n=47)or in combination with Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription(observation group,n=48).Clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms(lumps,dysmenorrhea,menorrhagia,purple menstrual?discharge,delayed menstrual cycle,etc.),and dysmenorrhea score were compared between the two groups.Results TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea score decreased in both groups after treatment,and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(95.83%vs.70.21%,P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozheng Zhitong prescription can significantly improve dysmenorrhea,menstrual disorder and TCM symptoms in patients with endometriosis.
