摘要
目的:探讨运用电针中冲、涌泉结合针刺颞三针对急性脑缺血(ACI)大鼠的神经功能缺损的改善情况和对血清神经元特异化烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的变化。方法:筛选清洁级Wistar大鼠8月龄48只,从中随机选取32只大鼠,采用电凝阻断大脑中动脉的方法建立ACI模型大鼠,余下16只用于假手术模型建造,建模后的16只假手术模型大鼠随机分成2组,每组各8只,建模后的32只ACI模型大鼠随机分成4组,每组各8只;建模后24 h从假手术模型和ACI模型大鼠中各随机选取一组进行数据采集,剩余的一组假手术模型大鼠作为假手术组,将剩下的3组ACI模型大鼠分别命名为针刺治疗组、空白模型组和西药对照组。对比各组大鼠治疗前后的神经功能评分及血清NSE水平。结果:造模24 h后,对比针刺治疗组、西药对照组与空白模型组大鼠的神经功能缺损评分,三组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),三组分别与假手术组相比差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),而对比模型组和假手术组NSE水平差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗7 d后,对比针刺治疗组与西药对照组大鼠的神经功能缺损评分,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),而两组分别与空白模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比针刺治疗组与西药对照组大鼠的NSE水平,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),而两组分别与空白模型组大鼠NSE水平比较差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针井穴结合针刺颞三针对可有效改善ACI大鼠的神经功能缺损症状,同时电针井穴结合针刺颞三针可有效降低血清中NSE水平。
To explore the effect of electroacupuncture combined with zhongchong and Yongquan on the improvement of neurological deficit and the change of serum NSE level in rats with acute cerebral ischemia(ACI).Methods 48 clean Wistar rats of 8 months old were selected and 32 rats were randomly selected from them.The middle cerebral artery was blocked by electrocoagulation to establish the ACI model rats.The remaining 16 rats were used to construct the sham operation model.The 16 sham operation model rats after modeling were randomly divided into 2 groups,8 rats in each group,and 32 ACI model rats after modeling were randomly divided into 4 groups,8 rats in each group;24 hours after modeling A group of rats were randomly selected from the sham operated model and ACI model rats for data collection.The remaining group of sham operated model rats were taken as sham operated group.The remaining three groups of ACI model rats were named acupuncture treatment group,blank model group and Western medicine control group respectively.The neurological score and serum NSE level of rats in each group before and after treatment were compared.Results 24 hours after the establishment of the model,there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05)in the neurological deficit scores of the rats in the acupuncture treatment group,western medicine control group and the blank model group,and there was significant difference between the three groups and the sham operation group(P<0.01),while there was significant difference in the NSE level between the comparative model group and the sham operation group(P<0.01);7 days after the treatment,there was no significant difference between the acupuncture treatment group and the western medicine control group(P>0.05)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the neurological deficit score of the control group,but there was significant difference between the two groups and the blank model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the NSE level of the acupuncture treatment group and the Western medicine control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups and the blank model group(P<0.05).Conclusion electroacupuncture at Jing point combined with acupuncture at temporal three points can effectively improve the neurological deficit symptoms of ACI rats,and electroacupuncture at Jing point combined with acupuncture at temporal three points can effectively reduce the serum NSE level.
