经鼻湿化高流量氧疗对普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经鼻湿化高流量氧疗(HFNC)对普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)治疗的临床应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年1月22日至2020年2月16日确诊入院的66例COVID-19患者。经排除后,共纳入45例符合条件者,分为常规吸氧组25例和HFNC组20例。收集两组患者的基本信息(性别、年龄、籍贯、流行病学史)和临床资料(临床症状、用药方案),比较CT影像学改善所用时间的差异性。以CT影像学病灶面积吸收≥30%为改善。最终随访时间为2020年2月20日。结果两组患者的性别构成、年龄、籍贯、流行病学、临床表现、药物治疗方案分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。HFNC组患者的CT影像学改善时间(4.79±2.424)d明显短于常规吸氧组(8.00±2.847)d(P=0.002)。结论 HFNC可促进改善普通型COVID-19患者的胸部CT表现。 Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of nasal high-flow catheter wet oxygen therapy in the treatment of common type COVID-19.Methods 66 patients with pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus who were admitted to hospital from January 22,2020 to February 16,2020 were selected retrospectively. After exclusion,a total of 45 patients who met the criteria for enrollment were enrolled in the study. The basic information and clinical data of the patients in the group were included,and they were divided into routine oxygen inhalation group and nasal high-flow catheter wet oxygen therapy group for control study. The differences of CT imaging and prognosis time between the two groups were analyzed. It was determined that the absorption of focus area ≥30% in CT imaging was regarded as improvement. The final follow-up time was February 20,2020.Results There was no significant difference in age,sex,epidemiological history,clinical symptoms and drug treatment between the two groups. The time of imaging improvement in the nasal humidification high flow oxygen therapy group(4.79 ± 2.424)days was significantly shorter than that in the routine oxygen inhalation group(8.00 ± 2.847)days(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nasal high-flow catheter wet oxygen therapy can improve the chest CT performance of common type COVID-19.
