瞬时感受器电位-香草素受体4和转化生长因子β1在牙龈瘤中的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测瞬时感受器电位-香草素受体4(transient receptor potential vanilloid 4,TRPV4)和转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)在牙龈瘤中的表达,分析其与牙龈瘤临床病理参数之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测TRPV4和TGF-β1在148例牙龈瘤、47例炎症牙龈组织和29例正常牙龈组织中的表达。分析TRPV4和TGF-β1的表达情况与牙龈瘤患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 TRPV4和TGF-β1主要表达于细胞质和细胞膜上,正常牙龈组织、炎症牙龈组织和牙龈瘤的TRPV4阳性率分别为41.38%(12/29)、48.94%(23/47)和83.11%(123/148),差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);TGF-β1的阳性率分别为31.03%(9/29)、53.19%(25/47)和85.81%(127/148),差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);TRPV4和TGF-β1在牙龈瘤中表达与药物性牙龈增生显著相关(P<0.001);TRPV4和TGF-β1在牙龈瘤中表达与牙龈瘤病理分型相关(P <0.05);牙龈瘤中TRPV4和TGF-β1的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.391,P <0.001)。结论 TRPV4和TGF-β1在牙龈瘤中表达异常升高,二者对牙龈瘤的发生可能起协同作用。 Objective To detect the expression of TRPV4 and TGF-β1 in gingival tumors and analyze therelationship between them and the clinical pathological parameters of epulis.Methods Immunohistochemical SPmethod was used to detect the expression of TRPV4 and TGF-β1 in 148 epulis,47 inflammatory gum tissues and48 normal gingival tissues. The relationships between the expression of TRPV4 and TGF-β1 and the clinical patho-logical parameters of patients with epulis were analyzed.Results TRPV4 and TGF-β1 were mainly expressed oncytoplasm and cell membrane. The positive expression rates of TRPV4 in normal gingival tissue,inflammatory gin-gival tissue,a nd gingival tumor were 41.38%(12/29),48.94%(23/47)and 83.11%(123/148),and the differ-ences are statistically significant(P < 0.01). The positive expression rates of TGF-β1 were 31.03%(9/29),53.19%(25/47)and 85.81%(127/148),the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). The expression ofTRPV4 and TGF-β1 in gingival tumors was significantly related to drug-induced gingival hyperplasia(P < 0.001).The expression of TRPV4 and TGF-β1 in gingival tumors was related to pathological classification of gingivaltumors(P < 0.05). The expression of TRPA1 and TGF-β1 in epulis was significantly positive correlated(r = 0.391,P < 0.001).Conclusion The expression of TRPV4 and TGF-β1 are abnormally elevated in gingival tumors,andthey may play a synergistic role in the occurrence of gingival tumors.
