摘要
对海港引航员的评估模式改革进行讨论,提出基于场景任务型的综合评估模式,以给定场景下的引航任务为主线、应试者的行为为观察考核内容、评估规范中的要素为考核标准,全面考核引航员的操作技能、应变能力、协调能力及心理素质;评估全过程使用英语进行交流,并引入面试考核环节,综合衡量应试者的个人业务素养。
The paper studies the reform on the mode for seafarer pilot assessment and proposes a scenario-based comprehensive assessment model,which takes the pilot task in a given scenario as the main line,the behaviors of the candidates as the content of observation and assessment,and the elements in the assessment regulations as the standard to comprehensively evaluate the pilot's operating skills,resilience,coordination and psychological qualities.During the entire process,English is the language for communication and interview assessment sections are introduced in order to comprehensively measure the personal capacities of the candidate.
