摘要
目前,高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在概念认知误区、缺乏法律保障、培养力度不够、来源渠道单一、企业参与动力不足、激励政策效应不明显、评价不够科学等问题。针对这些问题,可以采取构建“双师型”教师队伍法律制度体系、科学设置“双师型”教师认定标准、建设“双师型”教师培训保障体系、多元合作培养“双师型”教师、创新“双师型”教师培养模式等“双师型”教师队伍建设路径。
In view of the problems existing in the construction of“dual-qualification”teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as the misunderstanding of ideological cognition,the lack of legal guarantee,the lack of training strength,the single source channel,the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate,not effect of obvious incentive policy,and the lack of scientific evaluation,this paper puts forward the following ways to construct the“dual-qualification”teachers:Constructing the legal system of“dual-qualification”teachers,scientifically setting up the standards for the recognition of“dual-qualification”teachers,constructing the guarantee system of“dual-qualification”teachers’training,cultivating“dual-qualification”teachers through multi-cooperated mode,and innovating the training mode of“dual-qualification”teachers.
