产教共同体:内涵价值、问题困境与路径优化 被引量:30

摘要 产教共同体是新时代职业教育办学的最佳状态,是使职业院校、地方政府、行业企业等利益相关者间建立有机联结,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接的有效载体。产教共同体具有资源共建共享、多方深度融合、内外有机联结的特点,构建产教共同体的问题困境是校企合作的生态系统不完善、彼此需求不匹配、双方资源不对等、合作模式不清晰和运行机制不顺畅。构建产教共同体,重点是要优化发展生态、匹配双方需求、设计合作模式、建立配套机制等。 The industry-education community is the best state of vocational education in the new era,and is an effective carrier for the establishment of organic connection among the stakeholders such as vocational colleges,local governments,industry and enterprises,etc.,and for the promotion of the organic connection among the education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain.The industry-education community has the characteristics of resource co-construction and co-sharing,multi-party deep integration,and internal and external organic connection.The problems of building the industry-education community are that the ecosystem of schoolenterprise cooperation is not perfect,the needs of both sides are not matched,the resources of both sides are not equal,the cooperation mode is not clear and the operation mechanism is not smooth.In order to build the industry-education community,the key is to optimize the development ecology,match the needs of both sides,design the cooperation mode,and establish the supporting mechanism.
