摘要
当前高校大量的旅游专业人才培养过程中显现出学生自我认知欠缺、职业认知模糊、专业技能不精、行业认识片面等问题,很多学生毕业后不愿意从事旅游工作或频繁跳槽。从大学生职业生涯规划的角度来审视旅游专业人才培养中存在的问题,运用生涯理论,结合旅游专业人才培养实际,长春大学旅游学院将"链式"生涯培养模式贯穿于学生的培养全过程,引导学生树立理性的职业目标,将自身职业理想与旅游行业有机结合,为旅游业的发展提供人力资本。
In the process of training a large number of tourism professionals in Colleges and universities, there are many problems such as students’ lack of self-awareness, vague professional awareness, poor professional skills, one-sided industry awareness, etc. and many students are unwilling to engage in tourism work or frequently change jobs after graduation. From the perspective of college students’ career planning, this paper examines the problems existing in the cultivation of tourism professionals. By applying career theory and combining with the reality of tourism professionals’ cultivation, School of Tourism Changchun University runs the"chain"career training mode throughout the whole process of students’ cultivation, guides students to set up rational career goals, organically combines their career ideals with the tourism industry, and provides human capital for development of tourism industry.
