民办高校应用型法学人才培养模式的建构——以长春财经学院为例

Construction of Training Mode of Applied Law Talents in Private Colleges and Universities--The Case of Changchun University of Finance and Economics

国家法治建设、市场经济建设等都需要大量法学应用型人才。民办高校法学应用型人才培养面临培养目标定位不清、课程体系不健全、教学模式单一、"双师型"教师队伍薄弱、学生学习能力不足和考试考评手段单一等问题,需要通过科学设定应用型人才培养目标、构建特色化的课程体系、构建多层次多渠道的师资共建机制、全面创新教学模式、建立学生自主学习模式和多样化考试考评制度等策略予以解决。

The construction of socialist rule of law and market economy is in urgent need of a large number of professional legal talents.The training of law application talents in private colleges and universities is faced with such problems as unclear training objectives,imperfect curriculum system,single traditional teaching mode,relatively weak"double teacher"teachers,insufficient learning ability of students as well as single examination and evaluation means.It can be solved by scientifically setting the training objectives of application-oriented talents,building a characteristic curriculum system,building a multi-level and multi-channel mechanism of teachers’co-construction,comprehensively innovating the teaching mode,establishing the students’independent learning mode as well as diversified examination and evaluation system.
